Please note that when items purchased at our brick & mortar store located on Hilton Head Island, SC we gladly offer store exchange or store credit. We DO NOT offer credit card or cash refunds at
our brick & mortar store. Louette Boutique offers a special level of customer service for our clients that visit in the store—we offer dressing rooms and personal attention.
For this reason, we DO offer credit card refunds to our web store clients due to nature of online shopping.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding the initial shipping cost. All items must be in un-used, original condition, un-altered with original tags attached. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Returns postmarked after 7 days of receipt of merchandise
will not be accepted. Shipping charges on the original purchase will apply to an exchange order.
Special orders, sale items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
All online returns or exchanges must be shipped to our returns department and cannot be returned in-store. Before shipping your return back to Louette Boutique, please contact us for a return
authorization at firstname.lastname@example.org - please provide us with your name, the items being returned, and if you'd like a return or exchange. Once you've received a reply from us, please ship the package to:

Once we receive your items, we will send you an email notification. If everything is in its original condition, we will then process your exchange or refund you in full. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. We retain the right to deny any return or exchange if it does not meet our return policy requirements.
